Well this one hurts me to review. 1st I want to talk about the good. The burgers are awesome. I mean I don't think they have a competitor in the mall. I ordered an adult shake "green hornet" I loved it. Here comes the bad or should I say worst fries I have ever had. They were old. I mean really old. Leather like couldn't chew them and to top it off they were also on the bottom of my burger. I told a worker to try one and he had a hard time chewing it. He did agree with me that they were bad. Next when I received my food the worker asked me if I needed anything else. I said yea I need a side of mayo. He said ok. He never brought it. It was not too busy in there. Will I come back? Yea, maybe, but no fries. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Nicholas made this the best experience we’ve ever had coming into Burger Burger! He made us great cocktails, checked on us multiple times and has a very friendly personality with exceptional customer service. We will be back because of his service.

My daughter is the only one who dined here and she is a very picky 10 year old. She said it was delicious. Her favorite meal is a good cheeseburger, so if she says it's good, that's saying a lot. I got a basic burger which was very tasty, good quality. The fries, however, weren't quite as good. Half of them are extremely overcooked. The other half were good, but for their price, they should all be cooked right. Fast service! Tables aren't cleaned much. The surprise here us the wings. They are juicy and crispy. We got the Buffalo and the dry rub and they were both delicious. The burger was juicy and cooked well. Nice beefy flavor and the bun is perfect. Not too much, just enough bun to compliment the beef. Fries were really good, only thing was it was serve to us warm. Would definitely take this over Shake Shack. Service - 9.0 Food - 8.3 Value - 8.5 Overall - 8.5

My daughters love the milkshakes. The manager went above and beyond to give us a great experience. I stopped in just to grab a dessert for the little ones on Veteran’s Day. When the manager learned I had served in the Marine Corps, she multiplied my order and gave a shake to each of my three girls. That’s exceptional service. Service Take out Meal type Other

Super yummy burgers! I got the classic burger with the green adult milkshake, delicious. My 6 year old son didn't like the cheese on his. The place was well maintained, employees kept a coming out to clean tables and stock/clean the drink area. The order taker was very friendly and helpful too. The bartender even took an order to help the line. I highly recommend this place! Unique and a fun experience. I was not expecting the alcohol either. Delicious!
