DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM! I just placed an online order for delivery from the Carl's Jr app, not from Doordash or any third party. I got the wrong order. I called the store and the gentleman who answered the phone simply stated "You have to go through the third party, there's nothing we can about it." I told him "I did not go through a third party, I used the Carl's Jr app. I just spent $55 on the wrong order." He simply said that I had to call back tomorrow to speak to a manager. I told him this was not the driver's mistake, they put the wrong burgers in the bags, the driver did his job. But once again, no one wants to take accountability... Incredible customer service, Mariela made sure to double check my soda so that I didn’t get flat Coke. I haven’t had too many fast food restaurants care about the quality of the soda they were giving me in a drive thru. Those little things like that are what make customers feel valued, and yes my breakfast was delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
