I haven't been t Panos in a while. I finally go in to order. Undecided at the time. The lady behind the counter was friendly and informative. I order the tacos and fries with soda. I asked the gentleman about the garlic fries he said it would be $2.99 extra. Great I want the fries. Get home and I have fries but no garlic fries. You can imagine my disappointment. The fries are to die for. Called the restaurant and told them about not getting my fries. They check and told me the garlic fries were not order there was a fry upgrade but not garlic. I remember the lady telling the customer behind me that she place garlic fries in his bag because there was an extra order. Those were my fries. I hot an I'm sorry and that's it. It will be a while before I ho back. The tacos were awful too soggy. Loved the mushroom. Since when, when you order a cheeseburger, do you have to pay 55cents xtra for some lettuce on your burger. Some pretty desperate owners, I guess. Also, they charge you 66cents for a refill for your pop. Even after you spend almosr $40.00 like we did. Pretty pathetic.😠👎 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
