The drive up sign had what all went on the scotty burger and evertime I go there it has different toppings on it. Recently went through and asked them to make sure that it got the thousand island sauce, lettuce and tomatoes. Was told it didn't come with tomatoes but with pickles. I then explained that the sign said otherwise and I was the. Given it with pickles instead of tomatoes. And when went through later they covered the word tomatoes with the word pickles. Went for breakfast. My wife ordered a specialty coffee. I figured we would get it when our breakfast was served. Breakfast was delivered and I reminded the person that she had a coffee coming as well. She respond “oh yeah”. 10 minutes later, still no coffee. She went up to the counter. They had forgotten twice. Finally brought her coffee when we were done eating. The staff said “here’s your coffee”. No apology for it being forgotten. Rude actually. It was the first negative experience I’ve had there. Went here last night and the hamburger was the size of a silver dollar way smaller than the bun! I did go get a refund! Was totally different when they first opened the hamburger patties for the same size as the bun not anymore! Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We have given this place 7 solid chances now and 6 out of the 7 times have had major problems with the food, the service, or both. The burgers are awful. Seriously just bad. Flavorless, small, and expensive for what you get. Had one good experience with their chicken sandwich but the next 3 times we ordered them they were different. Smaller, different weird cold dry bun, and took 40 minutes once and 45 minutes another time and both times they weren't that busy at all. Ordered chislic once and it was just a pile of burnt crusty chunks of charred meat. But fries were somehow cold. Have had really bad and or extremely slow service more than half the time. I know it takes time to get kinks worked out of a new place but at this point we have given them more than a fair chance and I think we have finally given up on them. The food they serve is not particularly hard to cook, they always seem to have plenty of employees, and we always go at off times when it won't be too busy. I don't get it. I'd love to see a switch on the hamburger buns, just didn't quite hit the way I'd like my burger to. Tenders were excellent and I love a good restaurant ranch dressing(runny, not that super thick garbage). EDIT: Adding a photo as a disclaimer to advise what $6.50 buys for jalapeno poppers. Overall I've been satisfied with previous visits but this was wild. No actual halved jalapeno just bits of pepper and what appears to possibly be bacon? Their chicken sandwiches are the best! My husband and I had their chicken sandwich meal, and we were not disappointed. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, and it lived up to its name, and my husband had the regular chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. They were the right kind of chicken sandwich I have been looking for. Their buns looked homemade and tasted great and also their fries . We will be eating here again and trying their burgers next time. I recommend checking this business out if you have not already. Very reasonabley priced meals .The only thing I recommend is something to dampen the sound of the loud music and customers' conversations as it was heard to have a decent conversation w my husband at the same table with being loud. I love there food I went thru to try a basket so I could get toast and I didn't get toast or ketchup or marinara. My chislic looks burnt its really crispy. Service was kinda like he was just new which is understandable since they just opened. I got a milk shake instead of a drink but was charged for them seperate. I also asked for matzarella sticks instead of French fries and was also charged for fries and a matzarella sticks. My first time going thru the drive thru I definitely regret doing driv thru sadly. Great, lively atmosphere. Burgers were a little small but hot, fresh, and tasty! Got the large fries and they were fresh cut, crispy and A+. Strawberry Milkshake was good but overpriced for the size compared to a place like Twist Cone. Overall I’d recommend it and it’s a great addition to north side dining in Aberdeen. Service was great.
