It's a pleasant experience to eat perfectly cooked sandwiches. Here you may have great coffee. Guests don't like beer at this restaurant. The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at Sheetz is something one can call fast. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are adequate. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

We had a bad experience here. Maybe we’re from the east coast but are you kidding me only Styrofoam cups what is this 1994?? I thought we all collectively agreed styrofoam was so bad for the earth we all stopped using it in like 2005… get w/ the times… and plastic bags huh…?? Theyve been banned in Philly for years and years now. How shameful, millennials and young people do not like shopping at corporations w/ such horrendous environmental policies. We also didn’t like that coffee machines were individual, and the sauce was mixed in w/ the nuggets as the default choice and none of us were expecting that it wasn’t really clear when we were ordering. I honestly just can’t get past you still use styrofoam Jesus I literally haven’t seen styrofoam at any shops in like more than a decade… shape up or go out of business yall this is shameful

This is the absolute, worst Sheetz that i have been to. I recently had to walk out on an order, a chicken quesadilla, because after 14 minutes, the item wasn't even prepared yet. There were only four total customers waiting on food at the time, and two individuals working in the kitchen area. Instead of rushing to maintain customer satisfaction, they were laughing and joking most of the time. I never make negative reviews, but this was just ridiculous.

We stop here both on our way up to Niagara Falls Canada and on the way home because it is about half way between there and where we live (Pottstown). We always get gas, made to order food and stuffed animals. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with caramelized onions and it was so good. The kids got Mac and cheese and curly fries. The curly fries were better than Arby's! This is always a place we will stop!

I used to come here all the time, and I loved it. I got everything I ordered, and nothing was cut short. I haven't been there in a hot minute, so I'd decided to stop by and get some a bucket of fries (just a large cup basically, but I knew about this) and a burrito. The burrito was mainly shell folded over shell minimum filling. The fries bucket was only half filled, I could've gotten the smallest size a bag, and it would've, just, filled that. Why pay more for a bucket when it just fills a small bag? I'm disappointed this place has gone downhill and seems like they are cutting corners on food to save money, or its just pure laziness.

Stores fine it was clean it was serviceable it reminded me of 7-Eleven back when they were leaders in the game. However the low reviews for the prices in the store. Unacceptable. There's no reason why I should be paying $5 for a small bottle of water. The Shelf had a tag of just shy of $3 for the product I get up and I'm told it's five something. It's water! I was in a hurry and I did not have time to wait the guy working the counter was incredibly slow and I can only assume he was new.

Charged 3x for 20$ in gas told to come back next day if not credited just to be told I have to call chime. Store filthy trash outside overflowing. Ridiculous now I have to call chime and wait another 48 hours to get my money back

I went there to purchase 88 Oct gas. The price was $1.99 per gallon. I had to search among the 8 or 9 gas islands to find a pump that had 88 oct. When I selected 88 on the pump it just beeped and flashed all the other more expensive octanes. You might think that they would post a sign that they were out of 88 but I didn't see any.

As an avid sheetz-goer, this is probably the worst sheetz I’ve ever been to. To start, the parking situation and gas pump situation is atrocious. Unless you have a compact sedan, navigating this lot is a challenge. The food we ordered was horrible. The cheese sticks were not hot or fresh at all, the sliders and burgers were basically deconstructed inside the wrapper and was so messy we couldn’t eat it, but the main reason we didn’t eat them is because it tasted so bad. It was like warm and just had a slimy gross taste to it. The app samplers we got too were awful. Again the cheese sticks were barely warm and not stringy and not fresh, the mac n cheese bites were okay at best I will say, and the chicken bites were just bad. I recommend against this sheetz to basically anyone unless you absolutely have to go here.
