I can easily say this was the best dining experience I have ever had! My boyfriend and I came for Valentine’s Day and Charlotte was amazing! She was super sweet and attentive with some awesome recommendations. The food was absolutely incredible, i highly recommend coming here, we will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

WOW! What an incredible experience. It was bar none the best dining experience I’ve ever had in the Capital District. My wife and I went here for our first time for Valentine’s Day. We made reservations in advance which I highly suggest doing. There was a pre fixe menu for Valentine’s Day that came with many great choices. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and is beautifully decorated. Prior to seating, they offered to take our coats from us and check them, which was very helpful. First, the waitress started off with some excellent drink recommendations that my wife and I both loved. Every dish was described to us prior to ordering with descriptions of how the dish was prepared and where the ingredients came from. We were also asked if we had any dietary restrictions that could be accommodated. Second, we were brought out some freshly made bread with olive oil that was perfectly baked. My wife and I ordered diver scallops for our first fish and they were nothing short of incredible. Perfectly cooked, seasoned to perfection and melted in my mouth with every bite. Third, we were brought out more drinks with a cavatelli bolognese which was absolutely to die for. The cavatelli was so fresh and the sauce and meat were to die for. Salty, creamy and delicious. I’ve only had pasta this good in Rome. Fourth, we were brought out filets that were cooked to perfection, medium rare. We also got a side of french fries that were excellent for being so simple. The filet melted in my mouth and was the best filet I’ve had in this area anywhere. I say this with confidence because I’ve been to every fine dining steakhouse in the Capital District. Fifth, every dessert was amazing. The tres leches cake, the eclairs and the zeppoles were incredible. You can’t go wrong with any dessert. I also ordered an espresso with my dessert that was delicious. Not once did I ever have to ask for a refill. The table was wiped clean after every course with new silverware for the next course. The manager visited after every single course to ensure our food was cooked perfectly. I could write a five star review on the manager alone. It was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. The staff made me feel like family there. They did all of this flawlessly with a packed house. I am so happy I went and I will definitely be back. This restaurant is a gem and is the standard that all others in the area should hold themselves to. Delicious meal. super friendly, efficient, and attentive staff. Well worth the cost as we celebrated our engagement this weekend. 15 Church St restaurant is one of my favorite places to dine. It offers great food ( some with unique twists); the sea bass was perfectly cooked; specialty drinks like the champagne mojito, which was delicious; shout out to Bethany ( Beth) for her winning smile and great service. While at the New York State Council of School, Superintendents Fall Leadership Conference, I had the opportunity to have dinner, dessert and a lot of drinks with a number of friends and people that I look to call my friends. This was my first time having Seabass that tasted so good. The amaretto sour drinks were awesome. While the Italian butter cake was tasty, I really wish that it was warmed up with the ice cream and cherries on top. We ate on the patio and it made for a super dining experience, relaxed yet refined. Started with the scallops appetizer, completely the best presentation of scallops we ever had. Then one of us got the pork chop, which was very tasty, and the other got the lobster special which was over the top delicious but way too much food, the portions are huge. I'm going going back. We are usually very critical when going out to eat, however this place does NOT need to improve a thing. We ordered so many dishes and they were all Perfect. The drink selection is so perfect also. The service and bar attenders were amazing. Colin and Sarah took care of us. Wonderful staff. We will be back every time we come to Saratoga. THANK YOU for such a great evening. This was our pick for our Anniversary dinner & man what an amazing experience!! The service here is really off the charts good, might just be the best I've ever experienced!! The food was also next level, we started with the French Batard & good lord, best bread I've had!! I got the Tuna which is melt in your mouth delicious, I've been dying to try it & it did not disappoint!! My wife got the Singapore Street Noodles with the crispy pork belly added on!! I asked her how they were & she said simply amazing, I tried & they are!! So we decided on the Zeppolis for desert & good lord, they were like warm pillows from heaven, I could eat those everyday!! I can't say enough about this restaurant, it's top, top notch, highly recommend!! We went to 15 Church to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. Soaking in the decor with their well made drinks (I had a Manhattan and my wife had their Blood Orange Margarita) set the meal off to a delightful start. While the ambiance is quite nice in the dining room, the food takes it to the next level. We started with an amazing fried oyster appetizer that was creamy and delicious thanks to foie gras butter and creamy leeks. The other appetizer we enjoyed was the tender grilled octopus, which masterfully paired pork belly and crispy potatoes with Asian accents. For dinner, they upscaled the shrimp calabrese to which they add pasta. This was most likely a mistake, given I wasn’t that hungry, and it was positively enormous when it showed up. Did I mention is was delicious though? And packed with SO MANY SHRIMP. Like seriously, I must have eaten at least a dozen, and there probably over half a dozen more. My wife enjoyed the special, which feature lobster and squid ink pasta. This was also delicious, and frankly huge. Given the amount of lobster, it was nothing if not fairly priced (and generous). Finishing on zeppoles and cappuccino was a nice touch too, but they were shown up by the rest of meal, and quite frankly, the service. The service here is among the best I’ve had anywhere in the country in the last year. The waitress made an effort to learn everyone’s names, and was quick and friendly throughout. Before we even got there they were helpful. In finding out we had a wake to attend the next day, they even helped move the reservation we had to accommodate.
