I’ve had the pleasure of eating twice at this restaurant this year, and the food and service provided to my Wife and I were among the best I’ve ever had!!!!! Well done CHEF!!! The crab cakes were to die for, and the pumpkin bisque was top notch. I haven’t had food like that since the military

If staying at the Lodge at Moosehead Lake, or if you’re in the Greenville area be sure to treat yourself to dinner at 368 Maine. The dining room is simply elegant and offers a spectacular view of the lake. I started my meal with the most delicious pumpkin bisque I have ever tasted followed by a melt in your mouth grilled lobster tail accompanied by fresh vegetables, a carrot purée and fresh herbs from their garden. Dessert was dark chocolate mousse which captured the flavors in a s’more by being accompanied by homemade vanilla ice cream a beautiful chocolate lace leaf and a Graham crumble. Just amazing. The presentation of all dishes was so stunning, I took a moment to enjoy each before taking a bite. If you are in the area be sure to treat yourself to the amazing talent of Chef Tyler. You will not be disappointed.

I am disappointed to say that this restaurant did not meet my other dining experiences at this price point. With this type of dining, part of what you are paying for is the experience. While the staff was friendly, their attire was not professional. The ingredients were not on hand for a requested common drink and a liquor that was on their menu was not available. The $125 per person, 5 course chef’s tasting menu left a lot to be desired by the quantity, the overall average quality, and below average duck breast that was overcooked. When each plate was delivered, explanations were not provided as to what was on our plate. This was additionally disappointing as we added the wine pairing to accompany the meal. Upon confirming that the information was received that we were dining for my mother’s birthday, nothing was done to recognize it. At almost $500 per couple after gratuity, I would not recommend dining at this restaurant at this price point.

We had a wonderful dinner at 368 Restaurant! Staff was welcoming and although it was rainy the sunset was spectacular! Dinner was delicious, especially the corn and black truffle risotto, burrata and scallop app. Cheers to chef! We will definitely visit again!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at our first try at 368 Maine. We hit the first night of the fall menu and everything was fantastic for the first try. Only critigue I covered Tyler was a new dish type and knife to cut the Unagi appetizer. Other then that the tastes were great, serving portions spot on, and the service was great. My wife had the duck which was great and cooked to point and I had the braised short rib which was tender like a baby's bottom!! We are enjoying our stay at The Lodge at Moosehead Lake!

We just had dinner and I can’t speak highly enough about our meal. My wife and I tried the new menu (fall 2023) and it was everything I could hope for in a fall meal in Maine. I started with the Tuna Crudo and Gazpacho which was light and fresh with lovely pickled peppers that added a nice acidic punch with a minor note of heat. My wife started with the Burrata which was equally delicious with complimentary vegetables that added a nice break from the rich and gooey cheese. For the 2nd course I had the lobster tail which was perfectly seasoned and cooked with an interesting espresso gastrique which complimented the lobster in a way that I’ve never experienced. For me the star of the lobster dish was the warm lobster salad that came along side the tail, I couldn’t shovel that in my mouth fast enough. My wife had the short rib which I was jealous of as it was melt in your mouth tender with a heaping amount of umami. Dessert was another hit with my wife ordering a s’mores inspired chocolate mousse with marshmallow ice cream and myself ordering the pumpkin cheesecake. Both desserts had an air of familiarity but in an upscale and amped up way. The service was also excellent and our drinks from the bar were creative and yummy. One thing that also can’t be topped is the beautiful view you get from every seat in the house, we happened to eat around sunset and I would go here again for that view alone. Overall dinner was a memorable experience that has us already budgeting our next trip up north for.

Never again. Don’t waste your money.
What a disappointment. Extremely expensive for tasteless, chewy food. The chief’s combination of flavors in all the dishes did not work. Not one of the courses served on the chef’s tasting menu was good. I felt robbed. I would have been happier eating a Big Mac from McDonalds while also saving $125.00.
I must say the view was amazing and the staff nice. But the chef can’t cook. To bad.
