Never takes debit card, tried several different cards and even on different days. It's frustrating, they always want you to go in, but instead I just go to Casey's where I have no issues ever.
I've been here daily for the last five days, and there hasn't been sweet tea a single time. Three times I poured out the cup because it wasn't sweet and twice just empty
This is not my normal 711 I go to this is the second time I've been in this store wasn't happy waited to be checked out had my phone out to be scanned the cashier said already rang you through she wasn't paying attention at all was kinda rude
They're have obviously been changes in staying at this store in 2020. All the employees are nice, but the procedures they are following are dumb. For example, They've added more coffee pots to the daily rotation. However, they refill them all at the same time when they get old. It's pretty common for them to have no coffee available at all for a ridiculous length of time to drain and remake all 6 pots of coffee. Your five minute coffee stop can ask the suddenly take longer than Starbucks. The vibe had gone corporate checklist and not customer focused.
This store is ALWAYS out of coffee. We come in the same time every Sunday at 8am and there is never coffee ready. It’s like they forget every time. They are standing around on their phones. 4 times in a row.
This 7-Eleven has always been very clean and the staff has always been very friendly! I have lived in Mustang for years and years so I appreciate having a nice convenience store to go to that's stood the test of time!
