Very new and clean place. Lots of great options at good prices. The pastries are very light and delicate. Not flaky type and not overly sweet at all. Loved the iced milk teas too! Will try this place again. Sweet and savory choices, so go for a few to try at a time. Nice are to sit and chat, read, or work as you eat too. Very nice place near colleges.

So, it's a very nice bakery. Very clean. The problem is: no vegan options. With everything on their menu, you'd think there would be at least a few options. NO!

Good but still needs more. I have visited a couple of 85C Bakery Cafe and this one in Fullerton always leaves me wishing for more. I am used to the one located on Beach Blvd. so I expected about the same experience, however at this particular location I have learned only a few selections of baked goodies are available by 7:15 am my usual arrival time. Overall quality is good, taste doesn't disappoint. Improved management would be great. Start baking earlier and get more staff in earlier for a more satisfying customer experience. Update 9-27-17. So disappointing, 7:15 am and still empty shelves, no bread!! Are you trying to push your unsold cakes and desserts from last night? Lots of sad faces when they customers walk in and see no bread. Coffee still good but you leave me half satisfied...

Very unimpressed with this place. My dad ordered a birthday cake online ahead of time. When he arrived at the pickup time stated, they fumbled around for fifteen minutes only to tell him the cake hadn't been made. They made some lame excuse that they were busy at the time the order was placed and didn't jot it down correctly. It was an online order placed the previous day, so clearly they could look it up anytime they wanted, when they were less busy. So a completely nonsensical excuse. They didn't even have that type of cake ready today, so they gave him a different cake. Won't be returning here and wouldn't recommend it.

Customer service has gone down!!! Placed order online 20 minutes before arriving. Then still waited for a while inside and finally I approached an employee because I was not acknowledged. Finally asked the cashier if I needed to let them know in the store about my mobile order. She laughed and said, well yes how else am I suppose to know your name. I emphasized what I meant and said, I mean for my order to be made. She replied, oh no I just didnt see it. Makes thet drink, places it on the counter without saying anything, no sorry about that, no thank you.

First visit to this location ... the staff was helpful and quick . Inventory was full and fresh & I got a free bday deluxe strawberry slice!!

I almost always get the Vietnamese coffee because it's so delicious. I do have to wait for it to melt a bit because I prefer my drinks to be more melted and not on the slushy side the way the Vietnamese coffee is here but nevertheless it still tastes really yummy. This was also my 1st time tying the mousse cake and it was SUPER good😋😋

This is a good location. They are always clean and stocked up on bread. If you haven't been to an 85 in a while, their covid procedure is to wear mask, socially distance the guests, individually wrap the breads, wipe down the counter after every guest and provide sanitizer for all. You can feel safe knowing they're taking the necessary precautions. The breads are tasty too.

We enjoyed everything we got even the milk tea. There’s something different on this branch, bread and pastries taste much flavorful for me.
