My family and I have been coming here for years. We absolutely loved it, so much that my little autistic sister decided to apply for a job and got hired! Well we didn’t realize how much of an awful experience she would have. Staff and managers treated her so different. Told her she was weird, constantly yelled at her instead of helping her. She would come home crying because she would get in trouble for wearing a cardigan but everyone else would be out of uniform so why was she the only one getting in trouble for it? I personally went to the restaurant while she was on shift to see what happens and sure enough, our waitress was being so mean to her in front of customers! I had to excuse myself because I was going to make a huge scene if I didn’t. I think she mentioned that there was one person who was nice to her and didn’t make her feel different and I wish I could thank that person. It’s just sad , the food is amazing but the way your staff and managers treat people with disabilities is honestly so heart breaking. I would train them on how to treat people who are different than them. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sat in a hightop booth. The first young lady to come over to us was a bartender. She had glasses with short and brunette and was absolutely lovely. That was where the good part of the day ended. We ordered appetizers and asked for there to be a separation between them and our entrees. They literally came out within 3 minutes of each other. When we asked to box up our appetizers, the other server seemed annoyed. No one ever came to check on us to see how our food was. We had no water. Then suddenly one of the other girls brings the bill and it was constant coming over reminding us that the bill was there and it was nowhere near closing time. My kids LOVE this restaurant! The service is excellent and the food is very good. The kids love how they bring out popcorn for the table to start you off. We always have a fun time when we come here, and the whole family can have a sit-down meal without breaking the bank. I don't love all the tvs playing sports, but I'm sure many other patrons enjoy it, and it is easy enough to ignore. Great spot for dinner or lunch! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I work at the local power plant up the street. I don’t know why I continue to order from here. I won’t going forward! Three times now, my food has come wrong, not a full size meal, or lacking the proper ingredients. Sad, I really like the brand, but I’m done spending excessive amounts of money on food that isn’t right. Usually good. We are never in a rush when out. Tonight ordered apps and drinks separately. Apps and entrees came out together. 4 of us at a table. Not comfortable at all. They comped a dessert. We did the up thing to include the petite. Well, we had to have that one to pay for, then a free on to bring home. It was not a nice evening out at all. My husband and I will be moving to Killingly in the next month. While in town, we decided to stop for lunch. Having poor experiences with chain restaurants recently, we were skeptical to stop at 99. However, upon immediately walking in the door we were shocked. The second you walk in you recognize how clean the resturant smells. You don't get that normal moldy carpet smell that so many of these chains have. The lights are dim and create a relaxing environment. We were shocked as our waitress, Alyssa I believe, was a dear and had a lovely personality. She seemed to actually enjoy her job. As we sat and waited for our food, we recognized that the other waitresses and waiters were the same. Cheerful and joking with guests. I got the Vermont burger and he got the Spicy chicken sandwich. Fries were piping hot and both sandwiches were delicious. What a wonderful experience. Whomever is the manager, I commend you for allowing us such a wonderful experience before we are even official residents. Can not wait to come back soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Short ribs, on the macaroni and cheese were a little tough and dry, but tasted good. Gravy on the chicken fried chicken was not what I expected but was ok. I ordered the baked haddock and added the “make it a three course” for the add’l $10. The haddock was VERY FISHY SMELLING. You could smell it through the bag. That was scary to me. It wasn’t cooked well enough to my liking, looked kinda slimy and wet. I tasted it but that crumb topping was EXTREMELY salty to the point it was inedible anyway. That was a complete waste of money. The mashed potatoes were too thick and pasty, tasted like the inside of an undercooked biscuit. I ate the broccoli and the seafood chowder. The best thing about this entire experience was the tiny piece of brownie heaven. THAT WAS DELICIOUS! (Hence the 2 stars) I will NEVER order the food again but I will definitely try another dessert! Made a reservation 30min prior to arriving at the restaurant and was told - by the hostess - that our party would be placed "at the top of the order". Waited over an hour only to have another party of equal size to be seated almost immediately. The same hostess continued to be rude to us until we eventually decided to leave. No accommodations for my diabetic mother, no offer for menu or anything while we waited, no timeframe for seating or explanation to the poor service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Super disappointed that they have zero pasta options outside of Mac and Cheese now. Prices are crazy high for the portions you get. This last visit we ordered mozzarella moons and they were over fried. The rest of our order took forever to come out of the kitchen and was mediocre. I used to love coming here when I’d take my daughter out shopping but I’ve been disappointed the last 3 visits. It just gets worse and worse. Likely won’t return anytime soon.
