Honestly so so upset how the manager handled the situation. We ordered on doordash and the onion rings or any sauces were placed in the bag. I call them and the manager of this A & W says she can’t give me a refund when clearly it was their fault. The door dasher isn’t gonna look through he bag to make sure you did your job right!!! SO frustrating and she had a bad attitude! Went last week in January 2024. My first time going, I purchased a double cheeseburger with fries. My friend ordered a hot dog with fixings. My for was hot and fresh! Extremely good! .. My friends hot dog bun was hard as a rock and she didn't finish the hot dog. We were already in the car when we opened the food and too tired to go back. We were out for the day so normally wouldn't be in the area. So if say hamburger and fries are the way to go! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped off the highway to grab something to eat . The girl at the register didn’t try to take our order. Then she said I’m in the middle of shift change so you’re going to have to wait. We waited 20 minutes . I mean she still was in the change with no care in the world . Literally 5 of us waiting in line . Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

SLOW. IDK what was going on but there were not many cars in line and it took close to a half hour to have our order taken and food received, and they almost didn't give me all of it. Fries were cold :-(. Food is awesome when its right and usually doesn't take that long so not sure what was going on but 30+ minutes is ridiculous. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
