Fried Taco
Finally got the chance to try Abelardo's and we loved it! Also, we had a great Val Pak coupon from them too.
The restaurant itself is surprisingly more roomy than you think and I love the decoration/aesthetics of the place. The menu is massive and has a ton of options including all-day breakfast options! We opted for the birria burrito, potato and egg breakfast burrito, and a side of queso. We also took a small to-go container of their mild and hot salsa options that are available near the soda fountain machine. The hot is significantly spicy but has such great flavor. The birria burrito was delicious, juicy, and was so filling. The breakfast burrito was legit too. The queso was runnier than I usually like but since it was so dang good, I can't complain.
Overall, we really liked our trip to Abelardo's and cannot wait to come back. The staff were super friendly and our food was done extremely fast. We really have no complaints and hope this place does very well!
