I have had 9 different teas + a sample pack with a bunch of others from Adagio Teas. I'm a fruit tea person mostly but started drinking green teas for caffeine. I wanted something that was easy/pleasant to drink like a fruit tea and have been very satisfied with Adagio Teas.
I think Adagio makes nice quality tasty tea. They have a lot of choice, which is a bit tough if you are like me and easily overwhelmed, but the sample packs are useful and efficient for navigating that. Having out what I like (using the samplers), I find reordering easy and convenient.
I like the citron + citrus mint green teas and their jasmine teas. I also enjoy the fruit teas, although the ones in the pack I got (Orchard Herbals I think) taste pretty much the same :). Some of the green teas from the sample pack were a bit bitter or grassy, but the pack helped me figure out which ones work for me so I recommend it nonetheless.
The custom tea blends are fun. I got one as a gift and like it, but there are a lot so I don't know how I would pick one myself. There is a filtering function to search through custom blends but again a lot of choice and tough to sort through IMO.

Stopped by the other day to pick up holiday gifts. Erika helped me out and she was great. Helped me find new teas! Will be coming back

I love the place, the people that work there are genuine and know about tea like for real! Erica literally help me get 5 new teas! I can't wait to try the lychee rose green!!!

This place used to be good, but now sells complete garbage. Bought a tea kettle here and had to return it because it was blatantly defective. It was unusually difficult to return the kettle despite the obvious defect. The replacement kettle is also blatantly defective in how the spout was formed.

The tea is great, but for me it was the experience that makes this a 5 star location. There's an employee named Jacob that is like a tea encyclopedia. He could not have been more friendly or informative in helping my family pick out teas. We all walked out with a smile on our face and excited to try our new teas. I've tried both of the teas Jacob recommended for me and his picks were spot on.

I love this place! Never seen such a wide array of delicious, unique flavored teas in one place. Tailored to my flavor palette so well (especially the dessert flavored teas 😋)
I had a great experience at the old orchard location. Erika was completely knowledgeable, attentive, patient and kind. Walked me through the layout of the store, recommended teas that she knew I would like and allowed me to sample the tea scents without feeling rushed or pressured. You guys have definitely earned a loyal customer 👍🏼

I was immediately greeted by Anette I. as I walked in the store. I am new to Adagio teas and she made me feel welcomed. She proceeded to show me where and how certain teas were grouped. I chose my tea (I was looking for a passion fruit tea) and got registered for a rewards account AND they give a free sample of tea with every purchase. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Oh and they also offer to make you a sample of a certain tea (will do next time). Definitely recommend! (the tea on top was the free sample)

I have been a fan of Adagio Teas for over 10 years. The staff is always friendly and teaches me so much about tea every time. My favorite herbal tea is Dragon Fruit Dream. I also love that my points never expire.

Adagio is such a great place. They have an incredible array of both loose-leaf and bagged teas across several different categories of tea. I'm always taken aback by how knowledgeable the associates are; as I have spoken with them and they get a sense of what my preferences are, they are able make targeted recommendations which open me up to new flavor profiles and I always enjoy, and I always learn something new.
