I believe is the fourth or fifth time that we come to this place and from the first time to now they nailed it. The food is always AMAZING. Real Portuguese food, real Portuguese wine. I am a chef, I know when I am eating good food. lol. Highlights for the BACALHAU DE CEBOLADA and BIFE À PORTUGUESA. My husband and I are extremely delighted with the restaurant. Very cozy, I loved the decoration and I felt super comfortable. The server, a guy whose name I don't know, helped us choose the dishes. He masters the menu very well and is very polite, helpful and kind. The food was excellent. The taste of the sea fascinated me. I'm just thinking about coming back the dishes are so good. Came here for the first time last week. Amazing food, friendly staff. Had a nice bottle of aveleda vinho verde and finished the meal off with an espresso. Highly recommend. Everything was great A+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amaaaazing seafood! Also, it has a lovely, rather calming atmosphere. Service was excellent. The staff were patient and more than happy to answer any questions. The party I was with only ordered seafood so I can't make any recommendations about other meats, but the dish I ordered and the dishes I tried were excellent. Also, they were very good about accommodating any potential allergies. Another side perk to coming here is that it's near a bus stop so if you want to eat out but don't want to have to worry about parking that's something to consider. The Food was amazing. We were three couples on a Saturday evening. We waited about 25 min for a table but definitely worth the wait. We ordered the large Sangria and enjoyed it a lot. I ordered the grilled octopus, wife baked cod, and our friends other seafood and lamb dishes. Everything was amazing, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Where do I start!? For one the owner is the one who cooks.... EVERYTHING! it is his passion...he is alone in that kitchen making sure everyone gets quality food. He doesn't allow any other chef in there at all. This man loves what he does. He is the most chill and nicest restaurant owner I have ever met. I am a vegan so he made me a special vegan plate. It was Delicious and the beans had a wonderful garlic flavor to them. He decided to put it on the menu so for any vegans and vegetarians out there....I recommend that plate. I shall be going back soon. As for the place...the décor is very nice and has a nice subtle look to it but at the same time offers you a lot of details that grab your attention. Single-handedly designed by the chef himself. The food. Again, I am vegan but the people I was with couldn't stop raving at how delicious thier food was. I even had the pleasure of speaking with the other customers who called me over as they seen me taking pictures. A couple admitted that this was thier weekly dinner. Everyone in there seems to be really nice and good food will certainly do that to an atmosphere.
