Went for dinner. Was told approximately 25 minutes for wait time. It appeared as though they didn't have a clue how to navigate taking names for a wait list, etc. We finally get seated and order food and drinks. The appearance of my spicy pineapple Margarita left much to be desired. An hour later, food shows up except it is only fajita meat....no tortillas,cheese,etc. Twenty five minutes later, those items were brought to us but our fajita meat was no longer hot. Waitress never asked if we wanted more drinks. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Server was nice. They borrowed Latin@-adjacent adjectives for their name and food but it’s All-American. Our group ordered chicken, birria, and barbacoa street tacos, quesadillas, and chips and dip. I had the birria street tacos and they were actually alright as well as the rice and beans; I am not sure what sauce they served with the birria tacos but it wasn’t consommé. The rice was almost dry. The barbacoa and chicken looked questionable. The chips were stale and not good at all. Sincerely nothing was appealing to the eye. The drinks were just juice no liquor. The $50 dollar seasonal fish bowl (watermelon paloma) with no liquor, all ice and soda. We went to the tiki bar next door and those tasted like real drinks. Average mexican good. Reasonably priced. Waitress was very responsive and courteous. Ordered veggie tacos, fries, veggie fajitas, other appetizers and plenty of different variety drinks. Enjoyed the numerous beers on tap as well as the party scene with music after 9PM. Hip environment to hang out at with friends. The service was very good. The atmosphere is solid with more of a sports bar vibe and a nice view that does overlook the plaza. Food was good but not great. I got the fajitas, the meat had good flavor but needed to be charred more. My wife got burger and fries, average burger but fries were very good. I was charged extra for salsa and extra tortillas, which is a bit tacky in my opinion. Not a bad restaurant by any means but I doubt I'd eat here again. My waiter was very kind and accommodating. No complains about her. But there was certainly lack of organization. And the GM was very unprofessional, my friend hosted a birthday and the way the GM and hostess treated her was unacceptable. Their lack of organization was not my friends problem. This place has so much potential, but some people need to be trained in basic respect and kindness. In regard to the food, it was okay, the beans were too salty. Everything else was okay. Every time our food was brought out we were never brought out forks. I had to get up and get them myself. Do better.
