This place has it all! I mostly love this place because they have small options to eat if you’re not that hungry like yakitori or Aji buns. Also one day I came in for lunch and as I was leaving a man in a motorized wheelchair was entering, and the server must have known them as regulars because he had their table ready with a seat moved so he could pull right up and had their sweet teas ready and in the table for them! It was very nice. Overall: 5/5 Price: Prices very reasonable, not over the top. I don’t flinch at the idea of returning because of the cost. Food: Excellent food, I love the Aji buns and the chicken skewers. Ramen was very good, you can also get Sapporo or Asahi on draft which is nice. Ramen specific: The Aji tonkotsu is a solid choice, great broth and egg. The chashu is pretty standard but a good serving. Black garlic is a plus. Service: The server is always hustling and moving quickly. Very friendly here. Atmosphere/cleanliness: I love the atmosphere here, the wooden interior design has a true authentic Japanese feel. One of our regular dining spots. The ramen is some of the best in the area. The salmon don is also a good alternative if you love salmon. The service here is also top notch. What a find here in Tomball Texas. My grandson mentioned his friends enjoy eating here so we wanted to try it out. The food was delicious and changed my perspective of a ramen meal. Fantastic food and service! We ordered the Aji Tonkotsu, Beef Shoyu Ramen, and the Yakisoba. They were all delicious but our favorite in the end was the Aji Tonkotsu. If you want some good ramen, I highly recommend this restaurant! Went back a second time and the grid was just as good as the first time. This was my first time ordering this type of food. Juli was awesome explaining the menu. It was an incredible experience. We started off with Gyoza. The sauce was so good I could have put it in a cup and drank it. My wife had Aji Tonkotsu Raman and I had Yaki Soba. The kitchen uses charcoal which makes all the meats so delightful. We also enjoyed a Ribeye shewer. All of the staff was friendly and helpful including Tara and Krisha. We checked out 6-30 at 9:10. We were actually going to get more food to go but the kitchen was closing. Wanted to change it up from our usual Pho for this cold snaps we're having. This place was a random pick while driving around and it wasn't that bad at all. Service was great and the ambience was great for a stripmall joint. Thai iced milk tea was on point and not too sweet. The dumplings were perfectly made and not overcooked with decent size and portion. Had to drop a 4 on food as we had our hopes up for the ramen. Flavor just wasn't there and we had to add stuff. We didn't taste the 24+hr bone broth that they claim to do. I also don't get the other reviews here saying it's salty.. we did not find that to be the case. Portions were fine but if you love ramen, go for the extra noodle and soup option. Still a great stop for price point and more laid back atmosphere than other rowdy and packed ramen places I've been in.
