My family went there for my birthday. We have only been to the Peoria location and decided to try this one. Very disappointing, compared to Peoria. Some of us didn't get our potatoes, didn't keep dirty plates cleaned up from table. Didn't get refills on drinks. Chicken breast was cold. Under staffed. I heard our waiter apologizing to several tables about how things wasn't very good. Quality of my steak was great. We will never be back to this location. Had to stop by at Alexander's Steakhouse. The service is wonderful. The place is well lit. There are plenty of seating options. The lobby is well cleaned and presentable. There is plenty of parking as well. The food was fantastic. I had the Ribeye, fresh steamed broccoli, and steak fries. Everything was cooked made to order. The food was very fresh.
