Two severs to cover a full restaurant. No bartender. Needless to say service was poor. I wish I could post pics of the food. My sandwich was missing everything except the meat. And was severed om burned bread. My wife had charcoal vs shaved steak. No lie, it was solid black and on first bite all you could taste was char. DO NOT EAT HERE. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Update 1.25.24. I can't say enough good things about the current staff. Amber has completely changed how we feel about Amsterdam. The food is delicious and she makes us feel relaxed and welcome each time we visit. Fabulous chicken wings and the chicken swarma is full of flavor and consistently mouthwatering. We strongly recommend Amsterdam for some of the best Middle Eastern quisine. Ask for Amber!
