It's raining and I wanted some Avgolemono soup. I checked online and chose Apola. I'm Greek, so I know what it should taste like. I drove a bit out of the way and I must say, I was not disappointed !! The soup was perfect !! The soup had the perfect balance of tang and creaminess.
