We ordered medium cooked steak. We got burnt steak. Broccoli was uncooked and cold. Mashed potatoes were cold. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food. They were not busy. The place was not crowded, so we were able to sit and enjoy our meal. Everyone was very friendly and nice. We were not rushed to eat. Our waitress was excellent she made us feel important. This was quite possibly the BEST Visit I personally have had at this Applebee's. Ms Brooklyn was EXTREMELY polite and prompt while maintaining our table. I don't believe any of our beverages made it to a halfway point before we we brought a refill. Anytime we needed additional or different condiments than what came with our appetizers or meals she was quick to help. My Wife's and 2nd Mother's steaks were cooked to their liking and my Chicken Tender Dinner was PERFECTLY Hot at arrival to our table! Though impressed!! Keep up the great work Ms Brooklyn!! Wife and I went there for dinner this evening. Have been there probably 10 times previously in the past 5 years and have never had an issue. Tonight was different. Arrived around 5:30. We were told that it would be about a 10 minute wait to be seated. There were two other couples already waiting ahead of us. And another couple came in about the same time that just wanted to sit at the bar. They were told they could not even though there was only two other people sitting at the bar. They left. About that time the hostess disappeared for about 15 minutes. During the time she was gone two more sets of customers came in and after waiting for the hostess for a little bit they also left. At that point even though 3 different sets of customers whom had finished eating departed nobody was getting seated. After waiting for 30 minutes one of the couples whom has been waiting longer than us left. By this time we had been waiting almost 20 minutes and the other couple almost 30 minutes. I asked to speak to the Manager. I informed her of all of this. She stated that she had given instructions to stop seating people and had sent the hostess off to cleanup the mens room where someone had thrown up. I said I think I would have sent someone other than the hostess. She stated she didn't have anyone else. If that was the case then why didn't the manager go up and seat customers. When the hostess came back she was going to seat us before the couple that had been waiting longer than us. We said no they were here before us and the hostess left again. When she came back she seated the other couple and then took care of us. Once we were seated the service was good and the food was delicious. In my opinion the manager was incompetent and her poor management this evening caused the business to lose some customers and significantly inconvenienced other customers. The food here was good. We enjoyed our meal. However the attitudes of the workers there was absolutely horrible. They refuse to ask us if we needed refills. The hostess was upset that she had to sit us. She was sitting on a booth eating other people's food after they left. Then was on her phone a lot and was sitting down in a very unladylike position. Texting on her cell phone. If the owner of this place saw how these employees were acting they would all be fired! Not one of them was or respectful in any way shape or form. Tina did a great job! She kept drinks refilled and checked on us regularly. She was very efficient! This location seems to need a bit of attention/some repairs. I have to say the worst experience I've had at Applebee's. None of their outside lights were on, so it was completely blacked out. Therefore, I had the hardest time finding their location...pulled up for a curbside order that was paid in full and waited fifteen minutes, so I called three times with no response. I went in there and guess what, they are not busy at all! Of course, I talked to the manager, and she was supposed to be on carside orders! Plus, I work with a crew of about 30 people... you know the rest. NOT WORTH THE STOP! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

Our server was excellent and very helpful. Relaxing atmosphere as always comfortable seating and booths. Food was ok, not the best I had from other Applebee's. I give 4 stars overall. Our server I give 10 stars. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our server was good. Food was decent. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my Perfect Margarita only for it to have fruit flies in it.......🤢 I watched the bartender and I know I got the bottom of the bottle........but....ewwww. my chicken tenders and fries were good. No complaints there. Let's talk about the building. OMG. If I were not with a group, I would have turned around and walked out. It is dusty. It is moldy. Walking through the front doors, there needs repairs. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned if not remodeled. I will NOT eat there again.
