Saginaw Applebees has to be the worst service in all of Fort Worth area. I have never gone there and had prompt service. Tonight we walked in and never got a server to come over. It wasn’t packed likely for obvious reason. We left. The only consist thing about the place is poor service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Solo hablaré por mi platillo , pedí un corte sirloin y mi plato estaba frío ,en general el sabor de la comida estaba malo pedimos 4 platillos más y de 4 1 solo estaba caliente , cómo que fue el último de salir del microondas, el servicio de la mesera regular entiendo que falta una hora para salir , pero el servicio debería estar 10 de 10 desde que entras hasta que sales del lugar . Went for $5 burger on National Burger day. First of all, our server was good. However, it took awhile for our order to come out. It seems like the kitchen had placed our order in the to go area and it took him a while to find it. Then it was pretty obvious the meal had been "unpackaged" and plated. The fries were warmed over. The burger did not even have a full slice of onion, just a thick ring that did not cover the burger, just the outside edges. We have been disappointed in the food preparation and quality the last few times we have been here. We only go when they have specials because we don't think the food we get is worth the prices they charge. Sorry Applebee's. Not sure if we'll be back. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Well, it wasn't mind blowing, which I wasn't expecting it to be, but it was average as expected. The food was tasty, my server wasn't as tasteful and forgot the whole appetizer, as well as some of my kids' food (no worries, she brought out the kids stuff after a few times asking, so I'll blame it on an off day and I didn't get charged for my app). Other than a few mishaps, this place is pretty consistent with service and I've come back multiple times so I can guarantee it's not horrible. It's very low key and the regulars stay regular.
