The service was slow. Short staffed. Not very clean. Heard cussing from staff while talking among themselves and F bombs coming from the kitchen. There were children in the restaurant being forced to listen to this! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Sorry to say that this Applesbee needs to clean house ……Food was good, good presentation,temperature good. Service: manager very friendly and working, bartender friendly,good service also serving tables….the rest of attending servers were poor…hanging outside fraternating with friends while the restaurant needed help….not caring about service to your clients… Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There was a long wait for everything and we never got the breadstick that was part of our meal. The waitresses were grumpy and rude. One dropped a tray, which happens, except no one mopped the floor, leaving it slippery. The food was not hot, and I didn’t get my water refilled until I had finished eating. This place has problems! This experience was terrible. I will never return to this location. Our server was super slow it was like he didn’t care about anything. He took forever to bring the food and check. He did not check on us at all. The table and floor was nasty. I ordered my child the pizza kids meal and it looked like it was dropped and put back on the plate, a picture is attached.
