At Applebee's Grill + Bar, you can get a takeout. The atmosphere of hospitality of this place highly depends on the hostess, that is nice here. If you want to experience cool service, you should go to this spot. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are fair. You will certainly appreciate the enjoyable atmosphere and modern decor. Good food as always, good service as well. We were able to get seated right away after being told 45 minute wait across the street at the Olive garden. So that was a great plus The only reason I wasn't super happy about it was that restaurant was half empty, there was about 10 tables occupied and host would not let our family of five seat on the corner booths. There was two available.. she said she had to keep it empty for larger parties and I wanted to say what large party? The restaurant is empty. But I didn't want to be mean so I didn't say anything... Take a look at I'll text picture showing entire row including the corner booth staying empty for entire time we were there lol I actually was in celebratory mood so was going to have some drinks and apps and whatnot but sitting in a tight booth with three kids next to another booth with small baby fussing and semi-crying, I no longer felt like celebrating so we just ate and left. But I wish management would learn and train them better because they would have got to at least double the size ticket from us if they let us have the empty booth that was empty anyway.... The specials 2 for $25 is a good deal. Service was good. However, the food had a bit too much salt. And the boneless chicken wings seem more like chicken nuggets - chicken breast shaped like wings. Ordered sampler platter, kids corn dog w/ fries. Chicken penne and a chicken Caesar salad.. the quesadilla on the sampler had hardly anything in it.. one whole triangle had nothing not even cheese.. the kids corn dog is nasty. I know it says chicken corn dog but it tastes like the cheapest hot dog flavor. The fries for my kiddo were old literally hollow on the inside and shriveled up.. the chicken penne had hardly any noodles, the chicken was burnt in some places and the tomato topping was SO MUCH took over the whole dish.. chicken Caesar was good. The waitress acted as if she didn't have time to answer my questions and NEVER asked how the food was or WHY my kids didn't touch his plate after one bite... Two stars for all the above 🤷 I used to work for Applebee's for 7 years.. I've been to better. I won't be going to this location again. I have the classic cheeseburger add bacon it was great there's a lot of burger choices in Menifee but somehow Applebee's manages to pull off an awesome hamburger my wife has a beer battered fish and chips I tried it it was nice and hot. We went in late at night to split a meal. We got the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger. Didn’t want the spice so we ordered with no Cajun spices or black pepper sauce. We substituted fries for onion rings. This was a great meal. Really good flavor and the burger itself was done just right with crispy edges and a fresh bun! We’ll definitely do this again!
