Friday night 6 pm busy time. I STRIVE to avoid going out to restaurants at such day/time due normal high demand. Too many people and traffic. However, on this Friday night, I was pleasantly surprised at this restaurant in the Empire Mall. They were busy, but no waiting time. Excellent server and service. Food was what we asked for and excellent quality and taste. We got our money’s worth! A friend and I went here when we were going to a place in the mall. They had an all you can eat lunch special for an extremely great price! Our service was GREAT, especially about checking on if we were wanting to order more food for the all you can eat. The food was wonderful, and they had the best french fries I've ever ate. They had the doors open so it was cold inside. I opened my silverware when my food was brought out and my fork was disgustingly dirty. I said the dishwasher needs fired. My steak was hot and shrimp. My veggies and potatoes however were cold. WTH. I’ve been to Applebees all over being a truck driver and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had! The bartender was great, but everything else was a joke. Sent fries back twice,Luke warm. Gave up due to hungry an barmaid overwhelmed. 1.50 three slice of mushroom, .1.50 twenty strips of onion. A35.00 steak SHOULD come stock with garnish. 7.00 drink 98%ice 2% alcohol. Overall one star Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
