Our first visit was not so good. I called to complain to the manager and she respectfully apologized and ask that we return so they could try to fix all that was wrong with our experience. We agreed to return. We went back last night for a do over. Christina the manager came out to our table to apologize again. This visit went very well and our waitress Kenzie was so professional. The food was great as well as our service. Christina the manager was very professional and it goes to show that not every day is perfect day but a little customer service goes a long way. The music was playing, sports on all tvs. The crowd was happy. Service by Abby was quick. Total stay 30 minutes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered two 8 oz steaks med well, when we got our order it was cooked well done and had to eat. Them short of staff the guy new as us if we wanted appetizers and the bill was also as high at the Road house where the food was much better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered the 8oz steak medium well with potatoes and broccoli the got steak I got was medium rare with fries. We also had two pasta dishes that were no where near what was advertised the food was awful. We also had two watered down drinks a crown whiskey sour and house margarita. Hadn't been here in a while and probably wont come back. That was a Saturday night and a 100 dollars wasted.. I've been here 5 times so this is not a snap decision. The service is horrible,it took 45 minutes to get our order this time. There is never any urgency to do anything. I watched the bartender sit at a table talking to friends for 15 minutes, refill a drink and go back and talk 2 different times. Who ever owns thus place either doesn't care or doesn't know what happens in their business. The Round Rock location is great, I have always had a good experience there.
