I was burned at the Hazleton Applebee's, required surgery on my throat and still more to go. My life has been altered forever. Applebee's insurance company Sedgwick are scam artists and won't even pay for the damage caused to my throat by serving me melted liquid plastic mixed with my food or teeth that were damaged in the process. I want to make everyone aware I'm ready to expose this restaurant, their insurance company Sedgwick, manager, employees and the Rose Group. We have all the photos and a full recording of the the incident and afterwards. I went to lunch with my family and don't deserve to suffer for the rest of my life for their error. I do not recommend eating at the Hazleton Applebee's and will be posting all the photos and video if they do not contact me. You already admitted guilt now you will pay for my medical bills and the pain you have put family and I through. I assure you of that. I gave Applebee's ample amount of time to do what's right, now you will feel the pain I feel when I go fully public with this incident and how it's being handled. Very relaxed atmosphere, incredible lime chicken and rice, also steak perfectly prepared no complaints 👌 😋 all good. Our waiter was very considerate. My friend a Margareta and 1 was enough very strong, I don't drink alchohol but the rootbeer was delicious. Standard Applebee's. Expected the standard chain restaurant experience and got it. Server was good and kept track of us. He did get a bit distracted in the middle but it wasn't a bad experience overall. Would go back if in the mood for Applebee's.
