This Indo-Mexican vegetarian restaurant is a gem! Chef VR is passionate about food, music and life. I have been here twice and look forward to my next visit! Ok, well, the hype is true, this is great food, artfully made to be super healthy, and super tasty. I grew up eating Indian food, and this hits the spot in so many ways. The spicing is a treat, not overly “spicy”, “hot” or “pungent”, really artfully balanced,,, but you may not be used to this combination, so don’t set your expectations beyond being open to experience a completely different taste palette to the regular ‘Merican one.
