The cozy atmosphere is to be found here. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

My wife and I stopped in at approximately 4:45 PM today for a quick bite. I ordered two classic roast beefs and she ordered the French dip meal. We were the only customers in the dining room upon ordering. It took several minutes for somebody to take our orders. Possibly a few cars in the drive through. Appeared to be a team of at least four, possibly five employees. Food was a 20 plus minute wait and was cold (save for the fries). My wife took her French dip back up to the counter to see if it could be warmed up, but was not acknowledged after standing there for several minutes. I finished my classic roast beefs out of hunger but my wife threw out the majority of her French dip and the icey cold Au Jus sauce. A party of two gentlemen and a single diner ordered after we did. No idea why there was a 20 plus minute wait for cold food nor the reason as to why my wife was ignored when she approached the counter. Bad service all around. It's Arby's, They always seem a little slow. Food has always been pretty good. If you're in the drive-thru, just stay in the drive thru. Doesn't seem like like you can beat getting waited on inside. Good luck, food is still pricy, just remember that. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I don’t quite understand. I went through the drive thru at 8:55 on Thursday 2/22/24 only to be met with someone telling me that they were all out of beef. Let me repeat that, the roast BEEF sandwich shop WAS was out of BEEF!!! We are in town from Gladwin. I drove two hours to get to Cheboygan. I passed up a lot of places to eat because I wanted Arby’s. I ended up getting Buffalo Chicken Sliders. If had wanted chicken, I would have stopped at a Chicken restaurant…and I bet they would’ve had….wait for it….CHICKEN!!! Carry-Out, under staffed, but understandable, this isn't a really busy place. They brought back their fish sandwich, it's the best fish in fast food barr none! They use the cheddar sauce they use on their Beef and Cheddar, taste good, but it is Messy! That fish was swimming away in the cheese sauce...lol Personally I would prefer a slice of American with a higher percentage of cheddar in it than the usual cheap American processed cheese! I Don't go Hardly Ever since they discontinued their Potato Cakes!!! 🤬 They were a Signature Item Unique to Arby's, like the Jamocha Shake... They added a high end Wagu Beef Burger to the Menu... Most don't even know they have them, so they can't be as big of a sell as the Potato Cakes... What's Next an Animated Character or a guy in a clown suit as a Mascot? We don't want another Mc Arby's or Arby King... The specialty Gyro's, Deli sandwiches, Asst Beef Sandwiches are Awesome along with the poppers, cheese sticks, but Jamocha Shakes and Potato Cakes made the meal!
