3/9/24 order #107 bossy teenage kid in charged was not helpful with my food allergy request for plan packet of mustard. I felt he was toxic to the sweet elderly lady running the cash register and talked down to her in front of customers. Menu is different from Arby's in the southeast. Ultimately your cheap w not enough menu choices as other restaurants in your chain offer. Furthermore your bossy kid on the drive through headphone completely ignored me mid conversation as I was literally standing at the counter in front of him. Fire him, tough love is needed for multiple rounds of disrespect behavior to me as a customer and to the lady on your staff. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Sign says open until 12am. Employee vehicles in parking lot. Lights on. Went through at 11:30 and drive through automated message said closed. Arby’s does not have the meats Service Take out Service: 1

Shout out to Steven! Who raised the customer satisfaction bar level. We were travelling back to Toronto got off for a quick bite. We were short of change and he offered to pay. By far the worst Arby’s around. The guy who took my order acted as though I was an inconvenience to him and not at all personable. We paid for our food then was sent to wait for 10-15 mins before our food came out!! When the guy brought our food out he all but threw it at me and walked away without saying anything like have a nice day or something to that extent. When we got our food, the fries were cold and disgusting as if they had sat out for hours. The sandwich was luke warm. For as long as we waited, I would have liked my food to come hot. Arby's has really upped their game, mozzarella sticks and Mac and cheese balls used to be only for dine in places. Now I can get my favorite appetizers as a side! Yum! I'm obsessed with the Greek Gyro. This Arby's has just about gotten back to the good old days of customer service speed when you order through drive through, pay at the first window and order is just about ready when you pull up to the next. Doing a great job. I used to hate Arby's, now it's back up in my top two fast food restaurants!

The staff was awesome. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. Even though there was an error in our order they were very accommodating in making it right👍👍. They were also trying to close up and were still very pleasant and not trying to push us out the door. Great job guys. Stopped here. Passing through to get a meal. Ordered a beef and cheddar value meal where it was a pile of people leaning up against a soda machines. Couldn't get a drink without fighting a crowd of people giving out the food. We're confused. Didn't know whose was whose there was no cups for the sauces then sat down. Ate my meal. Jumped in my car and started heading down the road and all but immediately got sick. Something that I ate there gave me food poisoning. I do not recommend this place for anybody to eat.
