My favorite place in Burbank. I’ve been coming here for over a year and the owner is absolutely incredible. Everyone who works here is amazing, Becky and Zach always make me laugh and brighten my day. The food + drinks are delicious. 10/10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

February 2024: Stopped by for a little snack to eat with my coffee ☕. First time here so I wanted to try the apple 🍎 pastry. Good amount of apple and nice flaky pastry. This is hands down THE BEST PATISSERIE IN THE WORLD. I am not being hyperbolic. Mark my words, they will continue to be recognized for their excellence and soon become highly sought after and extremely exclusive. Get a beautiful little treat for yourself before people start lining up for miles. Innovative, gorgeous, delicious and the service is impeccable. Pretty good croissant. Lots of lamination. Not too buttery. Good coffee. Nice people. Gateau St Honore was frozen in the middle, which was disappointing, as it was rendered tasteless and crunchy. So if you're going to eat anything with a filling onsite, I'd advise letting it sit for 30 minutes or so before eating it. Probably perfect for takeout in the SoCal summer, however.
