Decided to eat at this place since the hotel I'm staying at recommended it to me and it was walking distance. The place was not busy walking in and I knew that was a bad sign. Salsa that comes with the chips had no flavor and no type of heat. Chips were awesome since they are homemade and fresh. Ordered the botana plate and the winner of this plate was the plain quesadilla. The chicken in the flautas had no seasoning! The nachos had flavorless refried beans with yellow government cheese. Server asked me if I wanted dessert and I asked if they had sopapillas. He had no clue of what that was. That was the final straw and I just left after paying for this joke of a meal. Pretty disappointed that I'm in the valley and the food was not all that at this location. Maybe I missed another place that I could have gone and ate. We had dinner, and I had never been at Arturo's love. The atmosphere was not crowded plenty of space. Food was so good we ordered food was fast to be brought out to us.
