Aubergade is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in Dury, France. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the professional and attentive staff. The dishes were of a high level of refinement, with French caviar, foie gras scallop, and truffles that were all delicious and well chosen. Everything from the starter to the coffee was cooked perfectly and the wine recommendations were spot on. The only downside was the bottle of champagne served for Valentine's Day dinner, which lacked flavor. The price is fair for the level of meals and wines served. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with soft music playing in the background. The service is discreet and of high quality. We tried the 3-course menu at 45 Euros, which is a great value for a Michelin-starred restaurant. We had the delicious stuffed cabbage with foie gras, beef, and veal as our main dish, as well as fish and cheese. The desserts were layered ice cream and petits fours, which were a nice finish to the meal. The bread and water selection was also good. The sommelier proposed a Pinot from Alsace, which was an excellent match. We highly recommend Aubergade for its amazing food, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere.
