I have had the pleasure of going to Azurea multiple times throughout my time living in Jacksonville, and one constant that I have to share is that Ms. Lizeth, one of the amazing waitresses here, has ALWAYS been so kind to us! Scallops reeked of ammonia so I ordered a steak instead- tough, tasteless. Credit to the surly server who did remove 2 entrees from the check. Too many fish in the sea to return to Azurea. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We tried the sea bass, tenderloin and the scallops. The scallops were really good, great flavors, cooked well and good portion size, highly recommend. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was a good one. The ambiance is perfect and I highly recommend sitting a booth for a more intimate experience. We had an excellent time at the Holiday Afternoon Tea. Our server Jay was so polite, attentive, and he provided high quality service. I provided, on my reservation, that I am a pescatarian and alternative sandwiches were prepared for me to substitute the standard red meat sandwiches. I am a regular Afternoon Tea lover, and I have been to establishments that were rude about my dietary restrictions. I was very impressed with Azurea's preparedness and willingness to accommodate. 10/10 would go again and recommend. The food was delicious. Abort! Abort! Myself and family went here 1/7/24 for my daughter 27th birthday. Our food was disgusting and was not worth the drive or money. We spent a total of like 1K for a "not so good experience". It was 17 adults and 9 of us had to send the food back. It was burnt to a crisp and nobody cared. I would even believe that dogs wouldn't eat that slop. My corn pudding or whatever was served under my salmon was scorched so I sent it back and got the same thing the 2nd time around. The salmon had no flavor, the steak was just burnt and anyone who ordered a burger it was burnt to a crisp and they turned it upside down to cover the burnt meat. They didn’t even offer to discount the bill. We paid full price and didn’t even get offered a refill on our drinks. They sucked!
