The location is extremely nice and the food is good but the service was just horrible. We booked five months in advance for a party of 12. When we arrived they had placed us on two parallel tables. We asked if we could put them together (which there was room for) but were not allowed so we ended up squeezing together at one table. It took 20 minutes before we got to order, then another 20 before we got the drinks and some snack olives and crisps. The waitress did not know the ingredients in the items of the menu and did not bother to ask someone but simply just guessed a few things and said I don't know then stood quiet and waited for the next person to order. Almost an hour after the drinks came the first pizza. The last one took another 40. A second round of Chech beers were ordered (the first person specified the others said I'll also take the Chech one) and the waitress came out with two different beers saying they were the same but they were not. They also charge extra for gluten free pizza which I think is ok for the local corner pizzeria but not for a proper restaurant. Charging extra for allergies. Is just ridiculous.
