March 28th waited in line for 15 minutes got skipped 4 times. Food is good but customer service sucks !!!! No systems in place to handle workload. Use to be my spot will never go back there !!!!

They have great bagels here and if you want the real bagels of NY come here. This place also is a deli and they got way more then the best bagels. '^' ( this is a smiley anime emoticon I made up). My main issue is my bill. Was 11, handed in a 20 and got a dolllar change. I told the lady up front and she said that’s the correct change. How is a bill 11 you pay with a single bill to and get 1 dollar back. Wasn’t going to cause a scene so I took my food and left. Absolute first and last time there. Now on to the food Bagel was decent. Skimpy on the bacon and egg and they threw a cold piece of cheese on top after it cooked. It was luke warm somehow and it just came off the grill. I ordered my sandwich excited to try but it took 20 minutes. The guy that took my order put it in the microwave to cook it. That’s disgusting then used his bare hands to bring it to the back. Then took another 10 minute then he forgot about it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

7am on a Sunday morning when the store opens at 5am I’d expect a somewhat softish egg everything bagel, it’s a very popular bagel so I’d especially expect them somewhat fresh. I got home and the bagels were hard as a rock, not even mildly soft, these had been sitting there a long time, obviously left over from the day before. Never will be back, there are better options. Cream cheese was ok.

Food is good when they actually give you what you wanted. Especially ordering online, they will skimp your order wherever they can. Ive ordered online 3x and in person multiple times, they NEVER put bacon avocado or pepper when asked AND paid extra for it. When i went in this morning, the lady on line in front of us forgot to take her card out the reader and the staff used it to give themselves the highest tip % before handing the card back to the lady. Disgusting

I feel bad posting this because I never had a problem here before and the food was great. I came here earlier today to order a chicken sandwich on a plain flagel, the women who helped me said “is all of this really going on a flagel?” and she proceeded to make it. As she was making it she said to a co worker, “look at this, he wants cheese, lettuce and mushrooms on this, is he honest?” And I said if you don’t want to make it you can put it on a roll if you get more room and she said no. I found it highly unprofessional to talk bad about a customer while they are in the store.

Well lit, spacious, clean and organized, clear menu with a lot of options, really well priced items, friendly staff that seems to really be on top of everything, outdoor seating for when the weather permits, and two large bathrooms as well. Safe to say this is one of the better spots in the area to go for bagels, treats, and coffee.

I stopped in on a whim because I was craving an egg sandwich. Not only do they have a great egg salad, but the cucumber side salad was delicious. All around a great lunch choice. Service was quick, and the price was right.
