Im a regular and notice the drive through line was long and notice a new short chubby girl who was servicing the morning drive through window today when it was my turn to order she takes my order and comes back with the wrong items and act like she doesn't care to satisfied the customer needs after I told her it was wrong. She definitely need some customers service etiquette this girl response is "I don't know" when asking a question about their items she seems very clueless who doesn't. Coffee is not my favorite, but the donuts are the best of all times. Coffee sometimes is kind of sour. But everything else like the signatures refreshing drinks that they seasonal have to offer. BEST donuts in town! They don't taste greasy like some. Their Cinnamon Rolls are my favorite and my husband likes their apple fritters and Chocolate Angels ( powdered sugar with chocolate frosting inside)! This is the ONLY place we buy donuts! The owners are VERY friendly and nice! They have good sandwiches as well. I prefer the egg, cheese and sausage on a croissant.
