Chef Balee is a PHENOMENAL Custom Cake 🎂 Designer 👩🎨!!!! She really exceeded my expectations for the custom airline pilot cake she created for my husband’s surprise 50th Birthday Celebration 🎉 🍾. The cake was a total of 6 layers of elegant deliciousness 😋. Our guest raved about the cake 😃. Balee is professional, prompt and she delivers on what she promises. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Thank you Chef Balee for making this special day memorable!!!!!

Absolutely stunning work! My daughter loved the cake. It was a hit at her party as well. I am giving this 5 stars due to the looks of the cake and the how easy it was to work with the decorator. She is super sweet and does terrific work. However, the cake was super hard to cut and it was not the tastiest. But overall very satisfied with the price, the work, and place.

This bakery has blown my expectations out of the water! I grew up in NY surrounded by artisan bakeries and have tried SO MANY when I got here to NC. Some were *okay*, but this food? It's comparable to the BEST bakeries up North and no other bakery I've tried down here holds a candle to it. This is my top recommendation for events and weddings to everyone.

Chef Balee is truly one of the most talented pastry chefs I know! She makes some of the prettiest cakes and pastries I've ever seen, and is the most down to earth, sweet, genuine soul. Highly recommend for any occasion.

I received "The Sugar Cube" from Baking Magic this week. OH MY GOODNESS!!! Everything in the box was delectable. My favorite was the Cakesicle which is like a cake pop but BIGGER; it is a Red Velvet large pop with buttercream dipped in dark chocolate and decorated like a Christmas Wreath.
Also in "The Sugar Cube" were two sugar cookies, a Golden Cake pop, Bon Bons, a Fudge Cupcake, and a Chocolate Bar made with Callebaut chocolate. The final piece of goodness was a Jumbo Cocoa Bomb filled with crushed peppermint, marshmallows, and dark chocolate ganache. All items were decorated in a Christmas theme. My family loved this luxury box of chocolate treats!!!!!
