Literally the only ice cream shop that can’t make anything the family wanted. Why can’t Baskin Robins keep brownies or cookies n cream in stock? No brownie sundae’s and no cookie sundaes…. Jack in The Box has ice cream though…..

The person who took our order seemed to hate us for existing and bothering him. He was so bothered to take our order and really made the whole visit super awkward. I just wanted to enjoy some treats with my family I didn’t mean to ruin this kids life by wanting a mangonada. Also, the place is dirty and the table was broken.

Whoever does the hiring for this place should be fired. This place has been consistently bad since it opened. I get great service at business nearby, so it’s not the hiring pool. Whoever does the hiring in the managing of these employees should be fired.

Not worth you’re money. Do not go to this location. If you can go to the little elm location where they treat you with customer service and actually give full size scoops to get your money worth.

Ice cream was good . Burger was 7 out of 10. The place was not very clean
