We usually come here every week but the quality is actually going down. Last time, I ordered 1 mango cheese slush 1 peach cheese slush but she made both mango cheese slush. AND THEY BOTH TASTE TERRIBLE, TOO MUCH ICE, taste like WATER 😩😩 so disappointed and we never come back again. Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1

I am a big fan of ben gong for long time, but today it was Disappointed that’s jasmine rice the one of my favorite and been ordered was terrible!!! The rice topping tastes sour like spoiled food. And I call them, she was answer like I don’t care because I can’t do anything!!! And I bring another one back to them for refund and let’s them taste she said is normal, but I am know better about the order because I drink that milk tea every week….. that’s I say I was not ok, I will say bye for this brand this is a bad service I ever had Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
