Great location! So many experiences in the area you can do so much in one trip at this location; movies, BBQ, shopping. The worker was very helpful answering all my nutritional questions - and I had a lot - and was very patient with me. Great dairy and non-dairy options. Parking was plenty and the establishment was clean on the inside and outside. Will definitely come back to this location. It felt like it was 106 degrees today. Fortunately a heaping waffle cone of butter pecan ice cream helped to cool things off. I have to put in a plug for the waffle cone with sprinkles. The cone was so good!...as if it was made of cake batter or something. I could have ate it by itself.

Rude. My young daughter didn't like the texture of the wooden spoon, so I went back in while the rest of my family was still ordering to get them to put it on a cone instead. The guy made another cone and told me to throw away the first one that was in the cup. The girl then says that we still have to pay for both because they can't take the cup back. I said that wasn't what I asked for. I just wanted a sugar cone and I could have put it in. She didn't say anything else because she knew I was mad but still charged for it. The guy was extremely impatient while my 7 year old son was trying to decide. Overall disappointed with the visit. The one on Hillsborough is so much friendlier.

Truly one of the worst ice cream experiences of my life. I walked into this location around 8pm on August 31st to be immediately bombarded with the racket of construction machines. My friend and I both ordered dirt cake in chocolate-dipped cones, and the employee informed us that he would have to put it in a cup with the cone on top because the ice cream was “too soft.” “Too soft” was an complete understatement… this nonsense was the equivalent of ice cream soup and somehow totaled to $20?!?! Here’s a crazy suggestion - if you’re going to sell ice cream at $10/serving then perhaps you could ensure that it has the consistency of ice cream… rather than tomato bisque.

First time at this location. The store is quaint and well decorated. Staff was “enthusiastic” (but slightly awkward). However, still very friendly. The milkshake I got (caramel macchiato) was delicious, although super pricey... $7.
