I have stopped here a few times on my lunch break the owner is so kind and generous. And the food is phenomenal I highly recommend it. Wish I had more photos but it was either pouring rain or I was too excited to eat it that o forgot to take a photo

Absolutely brilliant savory flavorful food. Even the sides are stars, delicious crisp coleslaw with a bite and the most savory, rich and delicious baked beans I have ever had. Pulled pork that falls apart perfectly and tangy balanced sauce. All this made and served by just the nicest guy.

I went a few months ago when I was there on vacation and made my review then, but I'm doing it again because my last review was too vague to be helpful! The food is delicious! We were a group of seven that ordered. The food came out nice and hot and amazingly tender. I remember that the owner is kind and provides great service. My only regret is that we didn't get there sooner because they had run out of certain items on the menu by the time we got there (we got there late). Although the food that we DID get was definitely memorably delicious.

This guy’s food is so good. We had a pulled pork sammie with coleslaw and potato salad and a cheeseburger and hot dog. I was SO pleased with every item. It’s gotta be the best food we’ve had in yachats. I recommend it.
The man was so kind to my kids too and let them each pick a free polished agate!

I had the Chilli Cheese Burger, and my Wife had the German Sausage Dog. Unfortunately, they ran out of the Mushroom based specials, but what we ordered was delicious. We will be back again!!

Food was very good for the price and felt like a generous amount. The guy working there (maybe the owner?) said he was out of mac salad bc it’s a seasonal thing and they usually have it in the summer. We were a bit bummed because that’s the reason we went. We got the pulled pork slider with potato salad. Whew it was good! They added pickles and red onions which really set it off. We went to the supermarket across the street and when we got back the food was ready. He saw us walking up and sauced it then so it didn’t get too soggy. Definitely recommend and will be returning next time we visit.

We stopped at Big Dog BBQ for a late lunch and were thrilled! The gentleman running the truck was so kind and helpful. He whipped up our nachos first so we would have something to eat while we waited on our burger to be cooked and was happy to customize the toppings to our linking. And the burger was absolutely bangin'! It was juicy and hearty and he was not stingy with the toppings. It was a most satisfying burger, definitely the best I've had all trip. I can't recommend Big Dog BBQ enough!

**this is an outdoor food truck. There are three outdoor picnic tables for seating. Food is in take out containers. Closest bathroom is across the street in the grocery store. The BBQ sauce is good. So anything you put it on will be good. The Mac and cheese was bland until I added the BBQ. Nachos were good just very messy. I promise you won’t regret eating here. He was out of ribs and Mac and cheese when we pulled up but he offered to make some fresh and we could come back. We decided to try what he had and I’m so glad I did. When I tell you this man changed my mind on what bbq should taste like I’m not lying. I may be visiting for vacation, but best believe I’ll take a flight back out here just to eat his food. Well done. Big dog BBQ has my heart forever.

Got the pulled pork meal and tri tip meal both w potato salad and slaw. Pulled pork was delicious and Tri tip was tender. BBQ sauces were excellent as well. Exceptional potato salad! Portions are generous too. He was sold out of the mac n cheese which means I'll have to come back for that.
