I just don't like Bigby. Never understood the hype. The coffee specials taste like creamer no coffee EVER. I've tried several drinks, even with mocha and espresso only to be constantly disappointed.

Usually pretty good but last time I went in the lady was very quick and very rude with me. Edit: went again and they put a rotten strawberry in my drink. Absolutely disgusting. Apparently it's half and half with this place. Sometimes they don't have enough workers sometimes they're rude sometimes they're not. Sometimes they're absolutely amazing. I have a stroke trying to keep up with it so I'm just going to give them two stars. All right now we're back to one star because "they heard cold brew" and would not change my drink to what I originally ordered which was hot. They also didn't care to read my order back to me at the drive-thru. It was only two drinks. Literally the worst Big bee. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes this time and there is a single person in front of us waiting for their drink
