Dear Management Team, Today, I dined at your establishment Bir Bur Bar and wanted to provide some feedback about my experience. Firstly, I would like to commend the availability of an English menu, which was helpful. However, it was disappointing that none of the staff spoke English fluently. Additionally, there was a lack of engagement from the staff in terms of recommending dishes or checking in on customer satisfaction during and after the meal. Although the presence of a kindergarten and child seats was convenient for families, I found the overall atmosphere unwelcoming. The music, while enjoyable, did not compensate for this. Furthermore, the dish I ordered, the pumpkin soup and mussels main, did not meet expectations. The sauce was not as described, and the dish was served with flatbread instead of the expected fries. Additionally, as a pescatarian, I was surprised to find the bread smelling of bacon, which limited my dining options. Moreover, the service fell short when I requested plates from the waitress. Instead of handing them directly to us, she simply placed them on the table, which seemed indifferent and lacking in hospitality. Furthermore, the lack of soap in the restroom was concerning, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, my request was ignored as they were preoccupied with their phones. Based on my experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to your establishment Bir Bur Bar and cannot recommend it to others. It is my sincere hope that this feedback will be taken constructively, and I strongly suggest providing staff training to ensure a more positive and customer-oriented experience in the future. From funny & creative dish names to great actual dishes. I deducted a star because it's pretty hard to score perfect in my burger-judging book, but if you're in Birštonas, especially if you are with family (they have a kids zone) this spot is a recommended stop

Really nice place. Really tasty burger and cold beer. The service is quick and the atmosphere in the restaurant quite nice. There is also a small area for children to play and spend time. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Really good surprise in birstonas. We were looking for a place to grab a beer and have a snack. Really tasty burger, we went for the classic one. Meat was well cooked and juicy. Service was really fast and waitress was really friendly. The bar is cosy and with a playful design. You could ask for Uno cards and some other games. The restaurant close at 23h so it also leave you some time to have a dinner as many other places in birstonas are closing earlier. I really recommend ! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Could not say that I loved burger with duck over pork burger, but in general it was quite normal. But to be honest next time I would stick with my clasical choice - pork burger. One more advantage in this place 5 choices of non alco drinks (it's not easy to find in other places)

The environment looks more like canteen not like a cafe or restaurant. Because of that you can’t relax and enjoy your food completely. Despite this, the food was delicious and not overpriced. The perfect place if you are in rush to have good quality for good value food. The menu was surprising and wide, especially with the names of dishes. Moreover, you can feel that people working there are like a family. The staff was polite and quick that’s exactly what you need in these type of places :))

Found this place by chance and it didn't dissapoint! The location could be a bit nicer and more curated, but the food was simply amazing ( apart from hamburger that arrived completely cold). We ordered two plates with pork fillet and it was one of the best we have had in a while! A lot of texture and interesting flavours mixed perfectly together. Really recomend it!
