Really laid back coffee shop with a ton of outdoor seating. Birdrock has some of the best coffee anywhere and this location is the least crowded of the ones I have been to. They are sandwiched between a French bakery and a high end donut shop so be warned that you may be tempted to supplement your coffee. Staff is friendly and service has been quick for me.

I've always been a Starbucks-only guy, until I found this place. I love the coffee at the store in both Pacific Beach and Encinitas and now I am hooked on buying their whole beans for coffee at home.
