I believe the ultimate test of the teamwork and service level of any restaurant establishment is to bring a huge party with minimal notice or warning. I called at 2pm for a party of 40, to arrive between 5-5:30pm on a busy Saturday evening. The team at BJs rallied for us and did a phenomenal job, from host, to waiter and kitchen staff and the bar, everything was fantastic and came out in a very timely manner. Our servers, Antoine, and Jevon were masterclass, so understanding, kind, friendly, and on top of their game. I really have no negative comments, only praises and compliments. We will be coming here many more times in the future. Kudos to the entire restaurant. Thank you from our entire party of 40! I've dined here several times and I must say that the clam chowder is the Best! The slow roasted prime rib was delicious. Please try the California Gold wings.🤗 You'll be happy with the service too. I went to the Hurst location for the first time in a while. I don’t work or live close by anymore, but just happened to be in the area. I was so impressed with the service I received from Shay! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly! Her professional demeanor was stellar and that made for a wonderful experience for me and my guests. Updating my review:food was good service was bad managers where standing around talking to each other and not making rounds we ended up with 3 different servers and the table that showed up 5-10 min after us was served drinks and appetizers before we even got water.
