The country fried steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli was seasoned and prepared just right, for my taste. The fish and chips came with coleslaw that wasn't very good but the rest of this dinner was fine. It's a very clean and relaxing atmosphere with big portions of food. I went into the restaurant last Sunday evening with my family. I wasn't satisfied with my order. A lady by the name of Sierra stated that she was the evening manager came to our table. She was very polite. She was understanding. She was able to think quickly on her feet. She was able to address my needs and was able to have my order prepared correctly. I had breakfast at the Federal Way location yesterday. Food and service were good. However, I ordered a Bear Claw to go, to enjoy later. For $8.79 I should have received a FRESH pastry. It tasted like a day old one. I don't mind paying that price as long as it is fresh. I get better at the Russian store, where I sometimes shop for less.

Ordered for Christmas and the food was terrible! Pie was so small and crumbly it looked like something you would serve a toddler. Biscuit was thrown into the soggy salad. Salad consisted of nothing more than pre bagged grocery store lettuce. Meal tasted like school cafeteria food. For 30 a person I expected a lot more.

the food is really good everything is made from scratch. I haven't tried their deserts but they look incredible. Great place to pick up a dessert for holiday or a birthday. I just like more healthier options but I really like their chicken brought The biscuits are probably 10 oz nearly double the amount of bread I'm supposed to have in a day. We went for breakfast this morning. We got seated right away, the server got our drink order and gave us time to decide on food. The food was ready pretty quickly after we ordered. By far the worst dining experience I've had. I have so much to say so ill try to sum it up. Long wait before being seated, despite being slow. Not a huge deal but kind of odd, for whatever reason the server started with greeting me about a foot away from me face to face, a little close, whatever. The food... not. worth. the money. Again not to bag on the server but I had to say my order 4 times out loud and again upon a check in to verify the order. I got the ribs and chicken strips combo. Never have I had a rack of ribs be so tough I couldnt remove the bone, forcing me to eat the slab as a whole. Chicken strips, A1. Bussin. would recommend. I chose green beans as a side... the disrespect to these simple beans can not be forgiven. I never would have thought green beans could be made bad. I wont get into it, but trust, dont do it. Finally after only eating half my food really bc "blehh". We call for the check. The server not once, not twice, but three times, pestered me about finishing my food. back to back. Then finally left with the plates, giving a disgruntled sighing "oh god", as if it mattered to her how much I ate of that god awful food. Still left a tip obviously bc iykyk, but it was not earned. As for things they dont have control of, take the bacon out of the ranch or offer an alternative. Disgusting. Take the bacon out of the green beans, Disgusting. I love bacon, but know when to use it. Having had the bacon, eggs and pancakes breakfast, I found the thick cut bacon quite delicious. The eggs were prepared as requested. The pancakes were somewhat dense and leathery. I wasn't hungry for several hours afterwards. The menu prices are a bit higher than say, Denny's or IHOP. The coffee was priced high at nearly $4. The service was very good and my coffee cup was topped off frequently, so that it never got below half.
