Truce was of VERY GOOD SERVICE! Very quick didn’t have us waiting and was on top of things. Very nice young man. Burger was not to my liking didn’t get asked how I wanted it but everything else was good. I give stars not just off the food but also the service. Service earned this place a 5 star.

Today's breakfast marks the second time in a row that they served cold, raw hash browns to my wife and I. The manager had the kitchen remake the hash browns but they came out worse than the original order. It is obvious when potato is raw, and just because it was on a griddle at one point does not mean it is cooked. I do not recommend anyone order the hash browns until the cooks learn how to cook them properly, unless you like raw potatoes. Also, $3 off of a $47 order does not make up for half of the food being cold and raw. The rest of the food has been good, but I will not be returning. Our waiter was lovely. He was fast, professional and was very attentive with our order, refill and checking in as we were eating. The food is a always delicious and my kids love having breakfast here. Large unconventional menu with many items. Many locations through out central and western U.S. Attractive facility with a mountain cabin theme. Staff friendly. Coffee $3.49. Quite a refreshing experience, this is a great place to go for a great dining experience, clean interior and pleasant ambiance and decor. Love the menu presentation and choice, there is something for every tastebud’s. Our order was quick to arrive and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, checked with us a few times to ensure we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything else. I observed they were just as nice with all other seated tables, and the manager took time to check in on a family with a toddler. Just a great place. Best of all, when we got the bill, I was happy with the total price. I was expecting a much higher bill. This place checks of all my boxes for an amazing dining experience. I understand that the economy sucks right now and things are hard, but it is for everyone and the way they’ve cut down the portions but still charge a high amount for the food isn’t right. The pic doesn’t do justice to how small this portion was of corned beef hash. It was about 4 bites worth. I asked about it and was told that’s the normal portion. It is not. I always get this meal and this is the smallest I’ve ever seen. Not worth $14. Other than that, it was a great experience. The second best Classic Eggs Benedict I've had in Phoenix but notably absolutely delicious at the same time. Very tasty 😋 I would get it again if visiting BBD. They have a few different kinds of Benedicts as well on their menu. I was very happy with my fresh fruit cup. The California omelet was one that you have to flavor to your tastes with salt, pepper, hot sauce and is light on cheese so if you're a cheese lover, ask for extra cheese. The avocado was just this side of too ripe but it probably beats over ripe if given the choice of the two. It can be difficult to get the perfect cut of avocado so I understand the struggle. 🥑 The 3 levels of hot sauce provided are full of great heat and flavor. Baby, Mama, & Papa sauces. 👏 Great family dining environment and while very busy, they slung the meals piled high with ease. You can sometimes wait a bit for your order but the stacked plates were overall worth the wait. Friendly staff and comfortable environment. Would dine in again if in the proximity of a BBD but wouldn't seek it out necessarily specifically in the future over trying a different diner experience elsewhere first if I was looking for a new "favorite Diner". Love the bear design, stained glass window, and table arrangement though. A good place to eat, maybe just not my favorite place to eat. I liked it though. 🙂 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
