So I’ve never been to a big boy in my life, but today I wanted to try something new and let me be honest with you, I will never visit this location again I felt like the vibe was off when the old white lady sat the people who came in back of us first then we wait 8 minutes just to be seated in a empty restaurant then the old white lady sat my whole family in the back of the restaurant then me and the family just got our food and not even 13 minutes they already handed us the check to get out and the we noticed that the old white lady was sitting all the white folks in the front of the restaurant and then we know she sat down another color race in the back of the restaurant Felt like I was in one of those restaurants no colors allowed allowed

This was our first time going here in four or five years. We were in the mood for our favorite food, Chili Spaghetti, We were VERY DISAPPOINTED because the person who seats people was rude(asked how many people, told him 3), he grabbed the menus and started walking, didn't say anything (right this way, follow me,..nothing) Then the guy asked what we wanted to drink~ my mom told him a water with Lemon, a Coke and a Sweet Tea.. he brought back a Water (NO LEMON~had to ask him 4 times for Lemon) , He brought a PEPSI (Not coke.. Mind you he didn't say they only had Pepsi ) and Tea. So when the waiter finally decided to come ask if we were ready to order, I explained that we were very unhappy with the service we'd gotten so far and we decided to leave without ordering (We didn't touch anything.. Drinks stayed just as the guy put them). We might not be coming back for a very long time! BONUS: My mom was a waitress for Bob's Big Boy years ago in Corona. At $16 burger. I expected much better burger and service. I am in this area at times and took lunch with family but seems I picked the wrong place. First time at this location and my last time. Over $73 for 4 to eat lunch and all 4 left food behind. For this price it must be better food and service it this location wants to stay around. Great restaurant! Even though it was pretty busy for Friday service was terrific and food just as good as it always is!! Sad to see Pappy Parker Fried Chicken 🍗 go the way of the Dodo but, apparently supplier issues made it difficult to support 😔 We still had a great time and always enjoy our stops here! Wasn't for a late lunch. Not many people so got a booth in no time. Was going to order breakfast but changed it to a patty melt which was one of the best that I have had in years. Also, the waitress was very good, checking on us and making sure that we were taking care of to the 10's. My cousin got a piece of banana cream 🥧 with whip cream. The large pieces of banana made her afternoon. I will be back when I get to the Norco area again. Thank you for the hospitality.
