Unpleasant experience by mixing up our reservation, which we have paid in advance, and waitress with attitude. My pains were damaged because of the velcro on the chair,food was uncovered with no protection, no label. Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We’ve been staying at the Mirror hotel for the past 5 days and have eaten at Bocca di Lupo every day and the food has always been fresh and flavorful. The serving staff is attentive and professional and the atmosphere is contemporary, upscale, and comfortable. There was live music on Sunday evening as we ate outside at the lovely seating area by the pool. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We arrived for brunch and were greeted by the manager named Stevo, who was totally and unnecessarily rude to us because we changed the seating area, in a restaurant with such prices and such a reputation it is very unfortunate to be run by people like the one mentioned above. After this experience with the manager we are not sure if we would visit Bocca di Lupo again.
