Stopped to grab a quick bite to eat, and it was not what I expected-usually this location has fresh chicken, and sides. Out of coleslaw, chicken was super dry, and the sweet tea sat so long it tasted fermented. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Why offer options if you don't get them? Ordered a specific (#13) item and the box had different items. Ordered mash potatoes WITH gravy, no gravy. Half $ half tea, given sweet tea. Nice sugar spike. Obviously expectations are low. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Rude. Takes forever to get food. Claim they are out of food 30-40 mins before close. Not even fries. Another time, waited 30 mins in line for warm fries. Lots of kids standing around on their phones. I imagine going here is the closest that I'll feel to what it's like to buy drugs. It's an addictive product that's so good but so bad for you. You're treated terribly, can never get what you want because they're always out of something, and typically don't even get what you do order. The employees are so loud and rowdy behind the counter. They're unclean and unprofessional. The employees' hands were so dirty when giving me my food that I didn't even want to eat it....but I did, because as I mentioned, it's addictive. They forget your food when you try to call the phone does not ring all you get is static they give you chicken that is dry and burnt. They forget half of your order. I placed an online order through the app and had to wait an additional 20-30min after my expected Order Ready time. The Manager Kene had a few online orders that weren’t being prepared and tickets were still on the counters. He allowed the staff to play on their phones and relax as he struggled to make 10+ orders in the dining room alone. He definitely needed more help. I had to have my order replaced because they didn’t have enough chicken. I was told to choose another drink other than sweet tea because he didn’t want to make more. My order came with honey mustard which he proceeded to argue with me about lol. My chicken strips were pretty small but I didn’t want to cause any other issues after having to wait and the manger being aggressive. Overall I’d give my experience less than 1 star if I could. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fries. The fries were hard and cold and clearly this was chicken biscuit from idk how long ago. Went back to get refund and the employee did not apologize or say one single word as she have the money back. Disgusting. Never again. Brought my wife and I here to eat right before going to the movies. We ordered and there wasn't really a line, but I guess someone made a slightly bigger order ahead of us so they were running behind somewhat. It looked like they operation was going well though. People moving slow, not doing anything. Hell, I waited 30 minutes for 2 sausage biscuits and a small order of bo rounds. That's crazy. The drive-thru wasn't packed, and there was only 2 people ahead of me. People that came in after me and had to wait got there food before I did which had me upset. I try not to go to hard on food service because I know how it can be, but this location has to do better. Take Care. Ordered door dash 8 piece, all white meat and was given all dark meat. I quit going for a few months. Decided to go tonight, 9/22/2023, after a long day. Ordered 8 piece, all white meat. Had to wait. Not a big deal. However, again I was given all dark meat. My fault for checking, but will be a long time until I go back again. FYI, all white meat costs more... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Very bad place to go !!!Food was late getting out n was old n overcooked n food receipt was not given. The $1.00 tea was $2.29 !! I tried to call the manager 6 times n they kept hanging up on me I waited 28 minutes for the two piece meal special which I never got !!
